We gather together and invite you to join us for Sunday morning worship in our sanctuary at 10:00 a.m. Once inside you will be greeted warmly with a bulletin outlining the service of worship. Our worship is traditional and upbeat! This service follows the biblical model of Praise, Word, and Response. It begins by offering praise to God usually through an organ prelude, then as a congregation, through both call and response and in unison. The morning’s hymns will either be listed by their number in our hymnal (Hymns, Psalms, and Spiritual Songs), or as an insert in the order of worship. Our choirs and soloists offer us their gifts each week as well.
Children are always welcome, and are invited to come to the chancel steps for a Moment with Children before they are dismissed to Church School classes. We know that every church does things a little differently, so we seek to provide a bulletin including our order of worship with as much helpful information as possible so that you feel our extravagant welcome. There is an extended time of prayer following the sermon. We celebrate the Sacrament of Holy Communion on a monthly basis.
Our Chancel Choir offers an opportunity for those who love to sing in a more formal way. This hard working, talented, volunteer choir meets on Sundays at 8:30am, prior to worship. They sing weekly at the Sunday Worship Service from September through June. The Choir includes a number of professional section leaders is accompanied by organ and piano. New voices are always warmly welcomed!
Our Bell Choir, under the direction of Carla Mason, performs on traditional handbells as well as handchimes. They rehearse weekly on Mondays at 6:00pm and play once a month at the Sunday Worship Service from September through June. All are welcome to join, whether you’ve played before or are holding a bell for the first time!
Night of Remembrance Service on All Saints’ Sunday evening during which we remember our loved ones who have died. This contemplative and moving service involves lighting a candle in our chancel for each person whom we have remembered.
Sunday before Thanksgiving we gather at 7:00 PM with the Ecumenical Community of West Boylston, giving thanks at one of our four local churches.
Christmas Eve we offer a Traditional Candlelight Service of Lessons and Carols with our Chancel Choir, Soloists, Instruments and Readers at 4:30 PM which includes the Christmas Story and seasonal music. At this service we celebrate the Incarnation, God taking on human flesh in Jesus Christ.

Palm/Passion Sunday we offer a Service of the Word at 10:15 AM in the Sanctuary which includes a dramatic reading of the Passion and the distribution of palms.
Maundy Thursday at 7:00 PM we offer a service of Holy Communion in the sanctuary, recalling Jesus’ Last Supper with his Disciples and Tenebrae (Shadows) during which we recall the events of Jesus’ final week.
Good Friday we join with the Oakdale United Methodist Church at 7:00 PM as we reflect on the crucifixion. This service rotates between the two churches.
Easter Sunday we meet to celebrate the Resurrection of Jesus Christ and his triumph over sin and death with joyous song and loving praise. Our chancel is filled with beautiful lilies and a brass ensemble.
